Dr. Brown-Crowder is an Executive Consultant and a Community Leader providing Leadership and Team Building Training. She is also a skilled HR Generalist, addressing all company, employee and policy issues at all levels in the organization.
Dr. Brown-Crowder is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity in the building and rehab of homes in low income areas, and she is a Community Activist helping and serving those who are hungry and in need in her community. Dr. Brown-Crowder co-founded and coordinated a Mobile Food Pantry Feeding Program in partnership with her local Food Bank to distribute free, fresh food to over 600 needy families in the community per month. Dr. Brown-Crowder and the Program volunteers were recognized by City leaders and State officials in their efforts of distributing 1 million pounds of food in the community within a 5 year period.
Dr. Brown-Crowder co-founded a Program that works closely with a local Veterans Organization to provide financial assistance and extended case management to Veteran families as they transition from the military to civilian life. Dr. Brown-Crowder is currently involved in several City-wide projects benefiting Special Needs families, including bringing a State-of-the Art All Access Special Needs Playground for children and adults of all abilities to be able to use and enjoy with their families.
Dr. Brown-Crowder has also served as a Media Spokesperson, and has Participated in several City Promotional Videos, with her Son Caleb, at both the Local and National level .
Dr. Brown-Crowder's Published Ph. D. Dissertation on "Identifying Work Values of Multi-Generations in the Workplace" has been downloaded over 7500 times in the past five years.
Dr. Brown-Crowder has received numerous leadership awards and recognition, and is the Writer/Author of the Book, "All Roads Lead to Love" Caleb's Autism Journey: The Early Years, sharing her Son Caleb's Autism Journey. She is currently working on the second book in the series entitled, "All Roads Lead to Love" Caleb's Autism Journey: The Transition Years.
